We understand that the recruitment of foreign workers is a new practice for many of our clients. The process is very time intensive and requires extraordinary attention to detail in order to be successful. Let us take care of the details! What We Provide
As veteran hospitality recruiters, we can qualify candidates for ALL sectors of the hospitality industry. No position is beyond our understanding. Once you have contracted with us our procedures are easy to follow.

If a client requests 10 or more workers, the fees for completion of the Labour Market Opinion documents and/or Electronic Labour Market Opinion documents will be included in the proposal for Foreign Worker Recruitment from Peg Moves Inc. Peg Moves Inc. has retained Rudolf Kischer, Immigration and Citizenship lawyer of Maynard Kischer Stojicevic, Barristers and Solicitors. If a client requests less than 10 workers, Mr. Kischer is available for hire directly by the Client and will provide preferred fee rates to clients of Peg Moves.

We work directly with you to facilitate completion of all documentation required to submit the Labour Market Opinion to Service Canada. Response times from Service Canada vary from province to province with Alberta currently having the longest wait times.

We recruit workers from countries where we have established agreements with employment agency partners. Our partners are licensed to carry out recruitment in their countries and have experience sourcing workers for foreign opportunities within the hospitality industry. We regularly travel internationally to our partners’ offices where we interview and evaluate appropriately qualified candidates for our client’s needs. This includes language and skills screening in accordance with the Canadian national occupational standards.

Clients review resumes and video presentation of candidates deemed to have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications. YOU make the final choice of candidates. We will also arrange telephone and video conference interviews when requested.

You choose your workers. Then, Rudolf Kischer, Immigration and Citizenship lawyer, will file a Work Permit Application and Temporary Resident Visa on behalf of candidates chosen to obtain the necessary visas. Legal services provided to candidates will be paid by the candidates directly to Rudolf Kischer. Legal services are provided at greatly discounted rate for our candidate inclusive of all disbursements and Canadian Government Work Permit and Visa fees. Peg Moves Inc. will NOT receive any monies for said services, however, will work closely with Rudolf Kischer to report on progress of visa issuance to its Clients.

We will provide preparation of acceptable draft employment contracts for foreign workers from Clients in accordance with Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker program.

We will provide negotiated rates for travel arrangements for candidates.

In some provinces basic health care coverage is not available for the first 90 days. We will assist in obtaining negotiated rates for medical care coverage if required as employers are required to provide this coverage by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

We conduct Settlement In Canada workshops and information packages in country of origin to provide candidates information regarding:

Cost of living, i.e. cost of groceries, rent, utilities, long distance, etc.

Climate and recommended clothing options for geographic variances.

Human rights and legal rights of foreign workers in Canada

We assist foreign workers and Clients with:

Bank account set up.

Applying for health care coverage and Social Insurance Numbers

Connections to community services and cultural organization

If requested, we will greet workers on arrival in Canada and work with clients to ensure transportation from the airport to their place of work and/or residence is hassle free.
