DOUGLAS HARB co-founder of Peg Moves, has been a leading Executive Recruiter in the Hospitality industry for 10 years. His career began over 20 years ago. Born in the United States and raised in Canada, Douglas grew up in the hospitality business, working from a young age in his family’s restaurants. His enthusiasm for the business grew while attending Centennial College in Toronto, majoring in hospitality. He developed his passion for exceptional service while working in a management capacity for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at several of their North American locations. Douglas has also worked for independent luxury resorts in Antigua/Barbuda and Jamaica. Douglas has worked with a list of top executives in the industry. His contact network stretches from coast to coast in North America and throughout the Caribbean. Douglas has successfully filled every type of position in the hospitality industry and he understands the importance of finding that perfect fit. Luxury hotels and resorts is his niche and he brings great depth and understands the unique recruitment needs of this sector of our industry. Having managed 4 and 5 diamond luxury properties, Douglas’ experience gives our clients the edge when searching for new talent. In 2006, Douglas merged his firm Your Next Move with McInnis Hutchison to become Peg Moves, one of the largest Hospitality Executive Search and Recruitment Firms in North America. Douglas leads Peg Moves as a Managing Partner.
