PETER COSTELLO comes to us with 25 years of hospitality experience. Beginning his career in the kitchen, Peter attended George Brown College as well as Stratford Chef’s School for training in the culinary arts. Motivated to take on the challenges of the high end luxury Inn market after 17 years as a chef Peter finished his culinary travels at the internationally acclaimed Sooke Harbour House, working five years at this culinary oasis. Following MBA studies with Heriot Watt University, Peter moved into the front of house as general manager of the Crowne Plaza Toronto Centre’s Accolade restaurant,F&B manager of the highly regarded Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Director of F&B in Shanghai, China for Shanghai Links Executive Community and Country Clubs. As a consultant, Peter has worked with the service industry, providing insight and direction to Pacific Charter Airlines, Bangkok Garden Restaurant, Elmwood Spa, Elm Spa and Elmcrest college of Applied Health Sciences & Spa Management. Peter has worked diligently to further enhance our candidate database in Ontario and has developed relationships with some of the most sought after individuals in our industry. Utilizing his vast network of contacts, real world working experience, and his understanding of the hospitality industry as a business, Peter has quickly received praise and accolades from clients and candidates who describe him as an ethical professional, completely focused on satisfying their needs.
