PETER DANAKAS brings to the firm over 25 years of experience and demonstrated achievement in the Canadian hospitality industry as well as valued expertise in the area of executive search and recruitment.

His diverse industry background and hands-on operations experience provide for invaluable insight, knowledge and expertise in several sectors including hotel, restaurant (casual dine & quick serve), institutional foodservice, and fine food catering. Peter has been privileged to develop his career with outstanding organizations. He has held Director level positions with Panago, PepsiCo Canada - Pizza Hut Division, the Parliament of Canada, and the Douglas MacDonald Development Corporation.

In 2000, Peter was offered an opportunity to cross over into executive search and recruitment and quickly established himself as a top search consultant. Specializing in multi-national casual dine and quick-serve restaurant chains, and developing a client base that extended from Charlottetown to Vancouver, Peter has supported client needs at all management levels across Canada. Peter’s long-standing, personal relationship with the hospitality industry and his professional knowledge and expertise form the foundation that allows for the building of outstanding teams for our clients. As Managing Director, Peter leads operations in Eastern Canada with primary focus on the promotion and development of Client partnerships.
