Tony began his hospitality career over 30 years ago and brings a wealth of world wide experience to the Peg Moves team. Born in the United Kingdom, he studied Hotel Management and Culinary Arts at the Reading Polytechnic in London and Zurich. Upon conclusion of his education, he took his first hospitality position as Chef Saucier at the Hyde Park Hotel in Knightsbridge London England where dignitaries included the Queen of England and many additional world wide leaders. From here, Tony travelled the world in increasingly senior positions and has held executive level positions with brands including Le Meridian, Pan Pacific, and Shangri-La. His work travels have taken him from London to Toronto, Vancouver, San Francisco, Cairo, Malaysia and Indonesia!

On his return to Canada, Tony then opened Poet’s Cove Resort and Spa on Pender Island as Executive Assistant Manager and further expanded his background by working for Casinos and additional Five Diamond boutique hotels and resorts within Canada and the United States. As an accomplished culinary expert and seasoned hotelier, Tony has shown true leadership skills wherever he has worked, as well as an unquestionable passion for excellence within his field
